Returns & Refund Policy

At VERISSE, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. While we strive to ensure every product meets your expectations, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or exchange is necessary. Kindly read the following policy carefully before initiating a request.


General Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our website and navigate to the “Returns & Exchanges” section.

  2. Select the item(s) and submit a valid reason for the return or exchange request.

  3. Once approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled at your provided address.

  4. Our courier partner will attempt the pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you may be required to self-ship the product to our address (details below).

Condition for Returns:

  • Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Special Note on Fragrances and Perfumes

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, fragrances, perfumes, and other personal care products once opened or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.


Refund Process

  • Once the returned item(s) pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are applicable only for prepaid/online orders placed directly via verissefashion.com.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds. However, you may opt for an exchange or receive a store credit coupon equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping).

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


Exchange Policy

  • Only one-time exchange is permitted per product.

  • Once an item has been exchanged and delivered, it is not eligible for further exchange or refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item/size.

Important Instructions:

  • Clearly mention your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the package.

  • Use a reliable courier. We recommend India Post Speed Post.

  • Maximum reimbursement for courier costs is ₹100.

  • VERISSE is not responsible for goods lost/damaged in transit due to improper packaging.


Refund Timelines for Self-Shipped Returns

  • Upon receiving and approving the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

    • For prepaid orders: Original amount minus shipping charges will be refunded.

    • For COD orders: A store credit/coupon code equal to the product value will be issued, valid for 1 year.


Non-Returnable Promotions (BOGO, Free Item Offers)

  • Products purchased under promotional campaigns such as Buy 3 Get 1 Free (B3G1), BOGO, or similar free product deals, are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If a return is made from such an order, the value of free products will be deducted, and the remaining refund (if any) will be issued as store credit.

  • Kindly ensure accuracy before completing your purchase under promotional offers.
