To prevent fraudulent or incomplete transactions, COD orders require mandatory order confirmation.
A confirmation call or WhatsApp message will be sent to verify your order and shipping address.
Failure to confirm within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
A cash handling fee of ₹79 is applicable on all COD orders. This is not a shipping fee but a currency handling cost charged by our logistics partners.
Once your prepaid order is placed and confirmed via WhatsApp, it is promptly processed for dispatch.
Prepaid orders enjoy complimentary shipping, unless otherwise specified under certain promotional campaigns or exceptions.

Most deliveries are completed using OTP verification for added security.
Please share the OTP only upon receiving the shipment.
Sharing your OTP prematurely or with unauthorized persons may result in loss of package, for which VERISSE will not be held liable.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, kindly authorize a trusted person to receive the package on your behalf.
Important: Once a shipment has been successfully delivered and OTP verified, VERISSE does not bear responsibility for any post-delivery damage or loss.

COD Orders: Refunded via a store credit/coupon code, valid for 12 months.

Exclusions:
Products received as part of a free gift offer, BOGO, or promotional campaign are non-returnable.
