These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VERISSE website (https://verissefashion.com) and your interaction with Retrowalk Fashion Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, including placing orders, submitting reviews, or browsing content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Online Registration

  • Registration is free and does not obligate you to make a purchase.

  • Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. VERISSE is not liable for any misuse of your account due to compromised credentials.

  • Your registration confirms your consent to receive service-related communications via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Products & Representation

We strive to provide accurate visual and descriptive representations of our products, including:

  • Images, design patterns, and colors.

  • Product specifications, size charts, and pricing.

Please note that minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for return.

3. Pricing, Availability & Errors

  • Prices displayed are valid only for orders placed on the day of viewing and apply only in India.

  • Products are offered subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing, descriptions, or images, and to cancel or refund affected orders.

4. Placing Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. VERISSE may accept or decline your offer.

  • Order confirmation via email/SMS does not constitute contract formation.

  • The contract is concluded only when the product is shipped or made available for pickup.

5. Order Cancellations & Tracking

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.

  • Track your order via the “My Orders” section on your VERISSE account dashboard.

  • We will notify you at each step via email/SMS.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days, and up to 12 days for remote areas.

  • Delivery fee may apply based on your pincode and order value. COD handling fee is ₹79.

  • Delivery is confirmed upon OTP verification or recipient acknowledgment. We are not liable for losses post-delivery.

⚠️ Note: Personal care items like perfumes and fragrances are not sold on our platform and hence not subject to delivery or return clauses.

7. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (with additional handling fee)

We support 3D Secure authentication wherever applicable.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only and may take up to 7 business days.

Deductions apply for:

  • Delivery or COD charges

  • Restocking fees on custom/special orders

For COD refunds, store credit is issued. Prepaid refunds are processed post verification of payment and ID documents.

9. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of products transfers to you only upon full payment and successful delivery. Risk transfers upon physical handover to you or your authorized recipient.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, text, images, code, trademarks) is the property of Retrowalk Fashion Pvt Ltd or licensed appropriately. No portion of the site may be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

11. Cookies & Data Collection

By using VERISSE, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cookies enhance user experience and help analyze website performance. You may disable cookies via browser settings, although some features may become inaccessible.

12. Product Reviews

When submitting product reviews:

  • Ensure accuracy and honesty.

  • Do not post reviews on products not purchased from VERISSE.

  • We reserve the right to edit or reject reviews that violate our guidelines.

By submitting a review, you grant VERISSE the right to use and publish it across our platforms.

13. Sale@999 Offer – Terms & Conditions

This limited-time promotional offer is subject to the following:

  • Valid only for customers aged 18+ residing in India.

  • Orders under this offer are non-refundable.

  • One-time replacement is allowed for ₹99/product.

  • Exchanges are allowed for a different product of the same or higher value (by paying the price difference).

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds during the sale.

  • Orders exceeding 4 units of one SKU will be cancelled.

  • No dual discounts or combined offers are allowed during Sale@999.

  • Any second-time exchange incurs an additional fee of ₹150.

14. Pre-Launch & Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-order items are sold at discounted rates.

  • Estimated dispatch time: within 15 days of order.

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch by calling us at 📞 8288899455.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • Actual product appearance may vary from images shown.

16. Legal Disclaimer

  • All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chandigarh, India.

  • VERISSE reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect upon posting.
